We work with video game development, 2d and 3d animation and our gaming team, social media, marketing and more. Ferry Godmother is looking for someone very interested, talented and passionate about working with 2D animations. Should have some artistic ability and some experience with animation. Have a willingness to learn. The person would be involved in the entire animation process from beginning to end. Animators use various computer software programs to create moving images that tell stories or provide information. You have to be able to work with production team members to strategy on project goals, create storyboards, and design animations. Opportunity learn 3D animation and video game development. The ideal candidate will commit to 6 months or until the project is complete. The intern will receive academic credit for this position, if desired

- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Assist with design and execution of marketing plan including social media campaigns.
- Performing ongoing keyword research for opportunities.
- Use the best marketing practices to optimize copy
- Help create weekly and monthly campaigns to promote company brands on various social media websites.
- Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets.
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
The intern will receive academic credit for this position if desired.
Requirements
- Experienced in digital communications or related field.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics software to track audience engagement and campaign performance.
- Some experience with image/video editing software preferred.

Position can include code the base engine from the ideas of the design team. Will meet with the team, also be involved in character design, level design, animation, and unit testing. Video editor would help Ferry Godmother achieve goals by telling compelling, powerful, and engaging stories. Looking for a visual storyteller with experience in video production. If you have a strong sense of composition and color this is right for you. This position focuses primarily on the concept, video layout, and design. You will be responsible for creating short videos from concept to product. This is for the person who is creative, passionate about details, a problem solver with strong written communication skills for content creation. You would put together exciting storyboards, development, and post-production of video from inception through completion. Must work with the team in creating innovative video content, managing, organizing, and archiving projects and media. The ideal candidate will commit to 6 months or until the project is complete. The Ferry Godmother is looking for someone who loves video gaming in general. Must have experience playing a variety of interactive video games. Should be a natural at being interactive when gaming and engaging others within the game. Able to describe any special tricks and tips applied while playing the game is a plus. We are also looking for those interested in playing on a team being developed. Should be comfortable discussing the game. Familiar with making video clips from own stream. Great opportunity for someone looking to be a video game commentator or instructor.

To help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our brand, programs, and products. The Ferry Godmother is looking for someone very interested in SEO. You would be responsible for designing and implementing the overall company’s SEO strategy. You would use the best SEO practices to optimize website and landing pages for search engine optimization. You would work with analytics from the website and social media to offer suggestions on best practices, analyzing data to identify trends in the web space. The position includes performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities for optimization. With analytics and research you would be implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success. There is some basic writing of meta descriptions.

It is perfect for someone who is highly motivated and has a personal desire to succeed at the highest level. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn how to become a fundraiser, cultivate sponsorships or go into sales of any kind. You would assist with setting goals, priorities and develop a fundraising strategy.
The position includes building a strong knowledge of sponsorship packages and call scripts, used to generate leads for potential or existing customers. We can teach you the fundamentals of doing the job successfully, but this position is only for the very confident overachiever. It is mostly direct interaction with potential clients, answering questions about our products, services, or the company in order to sell the benefits of sponsorship.
*This position is for the extremely confident go-getter. Experience in sales preferred, but not necessary.

It is a position that requires a professional demeanor across a very diverse range of individuals. The individual in this position is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information, so exercising extreme discretion is a must.
While assisting management, tasks will include prioritizing, scheduling, reviewing, and organizing documents and records. You would help prepare the various teams for their meetings, as well as attend their meetings to take minutes. You will perform other administrative tasks that will help the management team perform their jobs.

As my first ever internship, Ferry Godmother has prepared me for what to expect in the real world. My experience with Ferry Godmother has been rewarding in that I got to collaborate with other creatives outside of my circle and state. I also got to collaborate on a large project with fellow artists and animators, so it made the process feel more professional. Overall this internship has been the most enjoyable out of all the ones I’ve completed over the years.
